01About this policy
This Privacy Policy applies to Cloud Music Offline Listening. The app allows you to import audio from cloud storage, WiFi transfer, iTunes File Sharing, iCloud, and local files, then play and manage it offline. The developer is Li Ying (莹 李).
02Your files and personal information
We do not collect, store, sell, or share your personal information, including your name, email address, phone number, home address, contacts, photos, calendar information, personal documents, imported music, playlists, or cloud account passwords. Your music and playlists are used for playback and management in the app. We do not upload your music to our own servers. Third-party advertising and other services are described separately below.
03Cloud storage and file import
You can choose to connect Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, or iCloud to browse, import, and download your own audio. Authentication is handled by the relevant provider; we do not receive or store your cloud account password. WiFi transfer, iTunes File Sharing, and other imports are used for local playback and playlist management. Your use of cloud services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
04Local playback and technical information
Imported music is stored on your device for offline playback. We do not monitor the content of your files or analyze your library for advertising, tracking, or profiling. The app may process settings, playback status, playlist structure, and local file information to provide its features. This information is not used by us to personally identify you.
05Advertising and third-party services
The app may show ads through third-party services such as Google AdMob. These providers may process device identifiers, IP addresses, app interactions, approximate location, and advertising data to deliver, measure, and improve ads, depending on your settings and consent. We do not sell your personal information. Cloud, advertising, analytics, and other third-party services handle data under their own privacy policies.
06Security and children’s privacy
We take reasonable steps to protect privacy. Imported music and playlists remain on your device unless you choose external cloud services or transfers. Keep your device, Apple ID, and cloud accounts secure. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information through the app.
07Changes and contact
We may update this policy and post the latest version on this page. For privacy questions, deletion requests, or concerns about third-party data handling, contact us at duckling-feedback@outlook.com and include the app name.
